Yes. We are registered in VIC and NSW and have delivered projects in Queensland and South Australia through local partner architects. Site visits are built into our fee, wherever the site is.
A renovation typically runs 12–18 months from first meeting to handover; a new home 18–30 months. Town planning is usually the least predictable stage — we plan for it early.
Yes — planning strategy, permit applications, heritage submissions and VCAT support are part of our full service engagement. We manage consultants and speak to council so you don't have to.
Construction cost plus around 15–20% for consultants, authority fees, and contingency. We give you a realistic cost picture at concept stage and test it with a quantity surveyor before documentation.
